• Return Policy: if your meet our return criteria, you are entitled to a refund, please email refunds@purethc.com. You need to be approved before PureTHC will give you a refund. Send vaporizer via slow, non tracked postage. Do not ship with DHL, FedEx or any other express, traced parcel service. It will end up costing you a lot of money and is not necessary. Please clean the vaporizer VERY WELL before posting!
